Josh Gets Results
“Josh Holden was one of my finest students at West Point; a standout D1 athlete in two sports who went on the balance a pro baseball career and service to the nation as an Army officer. Above all, he is a man of integrity. Listen to him if you have the chance."

Maximizes Potential
in Business and Life
"Josh knows how to win, and has done it at the highest levels in sports, military and business. His knowledge of physical and mental strength domains is a very rare combination - to combine the two, he offers a sure path to maximizing your potential in business and in life. Josh can teach these disciplines to anyone, and we'd all be smart to listen. I recommend Josh's performance coaching to any executive looking to improve their performance and leadership"

Reclaim Your Physical and Professional Edge
“I have trained with elite athletes, served under exceptional military leaders, and worked alongside top business minds - and there is no better person to lead you in reclaiming your physical and professional edge than Josh Holden. A multi-sport athlete at West Point, combat veteran, professional athlete and Olympic-level competitor, Josh brings unmatched discipline and intensity to everything he does. To be clear - Josh is NOT a personal trainer, or a life coach. He delivers radical accountability rooted in strength training, habit formation and mindset change built for high performance. If you're serious about growth - in body, mind, and leadership - there is nobody I trust more."

No Excuses.
"Josh Holden not only sets the example. He is the example. As a freshman at West Point, he earned the respect of all us seniors with his humility and work ethic. But the defining portrait of Josh is when I was later stationed at West Point with him and we went to New York City for a work engagement together. It went longer than expected. The problem is that we did not get back to post until 4am, and he had an Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) at 6am. Did he reschedule? Did he complain? No. His comment to me - "This is just more to overcome.
Josh proceeded to earn a maximum score on the APFT.”

A Mindset that has No Room for Failure
“I have had the privilege of knowing Josh for 26 years, since he was just 18 years old, and he has consistently stood out as a natural leader and high performer. From his days as a two-sport collegiate athlete at The United States Military Academy to his selfless service and deployment in the U.S. Army, as well as his time in Major League Baseball, Josh has always put others before himself. His life is a reflection of discipline, grit, and character – he does not just take on challenges, he dominates them. Josh leads by example, inspires those around him, and brings integrity to everything he does. He simply does not know how to fail – his mindset is WIN. Anyone who has worked with him or known him is better for it.”

Reach Your Potential
“I have had the honor and pleasure of knowing Josh Holden for the better part of 10 years. Josh is more than a friend. He is a leader, mentor, and someone I look to for advice and inspiration. Frankly, he is a man of character that I want my sons to emulate. Josh is a selfless leader that truly cares about others over his own self-interest. While his accomplishments in life are many, it is his extraordinary character that distinguishes him as a leader, friend, husband and father.
But make no mistake- Josh lives with a Warrior Ethos. He understands the physical and mental strength it takes to succeed in combat, in business, and in life. Josh is, plainly stated, a winner. His influence will make you stronger - physically and mentally. He WILL push you to reach your potential.
Take the leap. I can promise it won't be easy, but fulfilling your whole potential is worth it.”

Push Your Limits and Build a Lasting Change
"As a founder and entrepreneur, I'm always looking for talent that gives me and my team an edge, whether it be in technology, strategy, or personal performance. Josh Holden is that kind of talent. He's the most physically and mentally dialled-in individual I've ever trained with. A relentless, disciplined coach who understands what it takes to push limits and build lasting strength.
His approach isn't just about workouts - it’s about developing a mindset that drives results in business and in life. No excuses - just Accountability. If you're a top performer looking to level up physically and mentally, train with Josh and unlock your potential."

Habits for Success
“Josh is completely devoted to achieving peak physical and mental performance and he has been since he was a young Student-Athlete at West Point. Peak performance built on the foundation of elite daily habits – habits in the classroom, habits on the field of play – have led him to success. When you see Josh you know his daily physical regimen is abnormal. When you talk to Josh his mindfulness and thought patterns tell you his daily mental and spiritual regimen is abnormal. Josh is uniquely equipped to help any achiever build better habits and in turn build an optimized version of themselves.”
