What I learned on the battlefield and in pro sports is that physical strength is the lever.

Train it correctly, and everything else moves in your favor.

Ignore it, and everything eventually slips.

Purpose, clarity, decisiveness, performance. Physical strength is the cause, weakness is the collapse.
